The Digital Flocculator operates on the principle of top-mounted stirring using spindles at low RPM. This controlled low-speed stirring helps analyze the coagulation and flocculation process in untreated water samples within jars.

The speed regulator allows precise adjustment, while the digital display shows accurate RPM readings. Jar test calculations are based on coagulation behavior that develops after mixing samples at controlled, low speeds.

Stirring heads are user-friendly and can be easily lifted for convenient beaker placement.

High-precision stepper DC motor with DC drive, controlled through a speed knob regulator.

Operates at various speeds, with a minimum of 10 RPM.
